The thought was that we had ruled out all reactive causes - hence the ET or MDS/MPD-U "working diagnosis". Hem thinks it is possible, although maybe not probable, that it was a long lasting virus (a year plus???) and maybe it caused the abnormal CBCs, cardiomyopathy (I was told that was likely damage from a virus) and the Raynaud's. Who knows. Not I! But I am not going to worry about it. I feel good. I am not cleared of it being myeloproliferative, but don;t have to go back for 4 months instead of 2. As for celebrating...I'll bundle my blood celebration with my 43rd birthday celebration, which is Monday. Love to you all! Patty
