For some reason, Barbara, miso caused the candida to get much worse for me - I tried it on two different occasions. But then, soy came up on my avoid list for allergies so that may have been the problem. I was really helped by other probiotic foods (sauerkraut, kimchee, pickles) - unpasteurized and made without vinegar. And kombucha tea helped me as well. Yes, I use kyolic too. In fact, we always keep it in the house and use for the whole family when anyone gets sick - nature's antibiotic.
