I've been trying to journal and keep specific track of when I'm fatigued, when I'm headachy (have only had one REAL headache since starting on Hu), when I have burning legs, when I've had hair loss, when I've taken some supplements, when I've exercised.
I hope to eventually compare this with my blood counts.
Unfortunately, best intentions ... don't always lead to best actions. Missed the whole month of August, so I've started again in September.
