Had my bloods done last week, and had an excellent result on the Platelets - A drop of 395, and the lowest for around ten years.

Not doing any trials at the moment, but am in the process of getting rid of a small collection of supplements that have gathered in my cupboard. these are
spread across the week, and I don't realistically expect these to have made any difference.
About a week or so before the test, we found Brazil Nuts in shells at Sainsbury's - Not seen these for years, so bought a pack, and was scoffing them daily
at that time. Could this have had an effect?
Point to note - My Haematology dept has just relocated, so may be using different equipment/procedures. I guess this may have made a difference, but my other
counts were normal (as usual).
Very pleased, apart from having to wait 6 months for the next test!
